Does my gift card have an expiry date?

The gift cards are valid for 1 year from the date of last activation or purchase. Once expired, the gift cards can no longer be used for purchase on our Website or reactivated. Any unused balance will not be refunded.

Any gift card with its balance standing at zero for three months shall be invalidated.

I have not received my gift card, what can I do?

How can I purchase a Neko Nails Gift Card?

Gift cards can be purchased online here.

Can I return my gift card?

Digital gift cards are not eligible for return.

How do I redeem my Neko Nails gift card online?

Only one gift card can be redeemed per order.

Here you will need to input your 16 digit gift card number which can be found in your gift card email or at the back of your gift card.

Input the gift card number in the ‘Discount code or gift card’ field 

The gift card can also be used in conjunction with your regular payment method in the case that your total basket amount is greater than your gift card balance.

We accept Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Delta, MasterCard, American Express and Maestro cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. 

I have lost my gift card. What can I do?

Unfortunately we are unable to trace or refund lost gift cards, so be sure to keep yours somewhere safe. Neko Nails UK shall not be held responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or expired gift cards. Customer is obliged to protect the gift card and treat it as cash.

How long does it usually take to receive an e-gift card?

It can take up to an hour for your e-gift card to be activated. You will receive an email when the activation is complete, so please be sure to check your spam folder.

In the case you have already received your order confirmation, but the recipient of the gift card has not, you are able to re-send the gift card link that appears on your confirmation email.

My gift card is not working

Please ensure that the gift card details are entered exactly as they appear on the e-gift card link or at the back of the gift card.

If you have an e-gift card, we advise you to refrain from copying and pasting the number from the e-gift card link directly as the formatting can cause interference with the redemption.

Is it possible to reload or top up my e-gift card?

Unfortunately, you are not able to top up gift cards at this moment. As an alternative, we recommend you purchase another gift card.
